NC Prakash

NC Prakash is the Regional Director Human Resources (Asia Pacific) of a German multinational's headquartered in Singapore. He has been in various functions with the company for the last 10 years and currently oversees the regional human resources, talent development, succession planning, regional corporate learning campus in Singapore. Prior to this he was in consulting, training, coaching functions in the public and private sector. He holds a MSc (HRM) with University of Luton (now Bedfordshire), Graduate Dip in Personnel Management, Diplomas in Training & Development Management and other professional certifications including coaching (Certified Master Coach ICC), and counselling. Through the efforts of his team, his company received HR Asia’s Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2015 (Singapore) and two awards at Human Resource Asia Recruitment Awards 2015 by Human Resources Magazines, Excellence in Training & Development Award at the Asia Training & Development Excellence Awards 2016 (Word HRD Congress). He was awarded 100 HR Most Talented Global HR Leaders 2005 at CHRO Asia Awards 2015 and  Coaching & Development Leadership Award at the Asia Coaching Leadership Excellence Awards 2016.
